Forma de actuar: Murderer Lilith siempre actua por la noche. SIEMPRE. Secuestra niños de 13 a 17 años, los tortura sin piedad y deja sus cadáveres en las calles. Todas sus víctimas llevan grabado a fuego en la espalda el símbolo del operador (La O tachada -símbolo de Slenderman-)
Lilith coopera con Slenderman.
Historia: Lilith nació en un pueblo cerca de un bosque. Su padre era un científico fracasado. Su madre la quería mucho, pero su padre... siempre quiso usar a Lilith como sujeto de experimentos. Su madre se lo impedía. Lilith aprendió a hablar muy pronto -a los 2 años ya sabía algunas palabras, las suficientes para comunicarse-. Un día, su padre asesinó a la madre de Lilith delante de ella. Agarró a la niña y la encerró en una habitación, dándole de comer y beber a través de la cerradura. Quería hacer el experimento prohibido, aquel que consistía en aislar a un niño durante toda su vida, para testar su desarrollo, algo de lo que solo eran capaces los científicos más insanos. Pero el experimento fracasó, Lilith practicaba el lenguaje ella sola, y a los 14 años, rompió la puerta y escapó. Huyó al bosque, y allí, conoció a Slenderman. Cuando ella recuperó la seguridad que necesitaba, regresó al pueblo y mató a su padre.
Su ojo: cuando salió al exterior, la luz del sol quemó sus ojos, cambiando la estructura del izquierdo y haciendo sangrar el derecho.

Lilith cooperates with Slenderman
Story: Lilith borned is a village near a forest. Her father was an unsuccessful scientist. Her mother loved her so much, but her fater... always wanted to use Lilith as a test subject. Her mother didn't let him. Lilith learned to speak very early -when she was 2 she already knew some words, enough to comunicate-. One day, her father killed Lilith's mother in front of her. He took the child and locked her up in a room, feeding and watering her through the door lock. He wanted to do the forbidden experiment, that who consisted of isolatind a child during all his/her life, to test his/her development, something  Quería hacer el experimento prohibido, aquel que consistía en aislar a un niño durante toda su vida, para testar su desarrollo, something that only the most insane scientists were capable. But the experiment failed, Lilith practised the language in her own, and when she was 14, she broke the door and scaped. She ran away to the forest, and there, she met Slenderman. When she got again the security she needed, she came back to the village and killed her father
Her eye: when she went outside, sunlight burned her eyes, changing the structure of the left one and making the right one bleed.
